About this Course: This series of Mini Tutorials is an introduction to Donna's 8 hour in-depth course on Lower Back Health with a focus on the Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ). The objective is to understand SIJ anatomy, which gives insights into how your yoga practice can support SIJ stability and strength, and how some common mis-informed instruction can degrade and actually cause SIJ instability, weakness and pain.
